Red and green leaf lettuce with tomato, marinated celery, roasted red peppers, pepperoncini peppers, red onion, chickpeas, cukes, fresh herbs, vegan parm. Lemon garlic vinaigrette.

BASIC CHOP

Butter and leaf lettuces, shredded carrot, red onion, cucumber, white mushroom, fresh herbs, chickpeas, hemp seeds, vegan ranch dressing.

FUSION CHOP

Romaine and Napa cabbage, black beans, bell pepper, corn, cilantro, tomato, choice of vegan lime crema or lime miso dressing. Crushed tortilla chips on side.

CAESAR CHOP

Romaine & leaf lettuces, vegan parm, roasted chickpeas, vegan Caesar dressing.

Kale, quinoa, assorted seasonal roasted veggies, chickpeas, olives, and pomegranate seeds. Slivered almonds on side. Choice of dressing.
